Feature matches /Fan Friendly matches
Every night there will be a singles match at 6:30 pm, followed by a doubles match.
Winners of feature matches and of first semifinal on Saturday will be asked to participate in a 5 minute hit on the court with a spectator.

Practice courts / Balls
- 4 practice courts are available all the time. Please reserve at Tournament's Desk.
- Wilson balls are used for this event.
- Main draw players are entitled to 3 new balls per day until elimination.

Transportation
Transportation to site/hotel is available upon request at transportation's desk or by calling 776-1155.

Laundry
- A laundry service is available for $5.50/load, $10.00 for 2 loads.
- Please hand in laundry bag at Transportation's Desk before 11:30 am. Return is by the same day around 5:00 pm.

- Indoor tennis courts available depending on availability. Please reserve by giving number of courts and coaches’ name. Available 1 hour at a time. Players must present their ID cards.
- Open 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. week days,  8:00 a.m.-1 p.m. week-ends.
